High School Seniors
Applicants must be currently enrolled in or accepted to an accredited two- or four-year college, university, technical, trade, or vocational school for the 2025-2026 academic school year and must be a legal, military dependent child of a member assigned to the San Antonio area.

Continuing Education
Applicants must be currently enrolled in or accepted to an accredited two- or four-year college, university, technical, trade, or vocational school for the 2025-2026 academic school year and must be a legal, military dependent child aged 18-24 of a member assigned to the San Antonio area.

Military Spouses
Applicants must be currently enrolled in or accepted to an accredited two- or four-year college, university, technical, trade, or vocational school for the 2025-2026 academic school year and must be a legal, military dependent spouse of a member assigned to the San Antonio area.
Applications open on 1 December 2024 and must be submitted by 1 March 2025. See each application above for full eligibility details and application requirements. Please read carefully. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
